The space We have an elegant gourmet space, with two sinks, a cooktop, two toilets, and two barbecues, making it the ideal space for your get-together and barbecue. We have a beautiful swimming pool, with a divider for the children's pool for children up to 4 years old. Here you can relax in the whirlpool while your child enjoys the pool next door. A private, air-conditioned flat equipped with appliances, providing the best comfort for those who want to enjoy moments of peace and rest on their vacation. Note: For groups of more than 9 guests, the entire space will be reserved, with the entire structure being for exclusive use. For groups smaller than 10 guests, the proportional number of flats will be reserved, with the gourmet space and swimming pool shared with the other guests. 1 to 4 guests - 1 flat/room (up to 4 people) 5 to 8 guests - 2 flats/bedrooms (up to 8 people) 9 to 12 guests - 3 flats/bedrooms (up to 12 people) Guest access We are in the best location in Guaratiba, a 5-minute walk to the beach, lagoon, and hut, 3 minutes to a hamburger and ice cream parlor, a 10-minute walk to a pizzeria, restaurant, steakhouse, grocery store, and pharmacy. All this within a high-end gated community with 24-hour security. Village Costa das Baleias Condominium We also have access to an ecological trail, a pond for fishing, a children's playground, tennis courts, beach tennis, volleyball, footvolley, ATV rentals, and a fitness center (paid separately). We are just 10 km from the city of Prado and Alcobaça, where you will find a more vibrant nightlife. Beco das Garrafas in Prado is full of good food and music. The Balneário de Guaratiba is part of the Baleias coast, where it is possible to spot whales during the season from July to October, through boat rides or even with the naked eye. Guaratiba has access to several beaches (Torarão, Praia da Paixão, Cumuruxatiba, Corumbau and Caraíva). In the city of Caravelas, there are boat and catamaran departures to the Abrolhos archipelago, the most beautiful islands in the region, where it is possible to appreciate the marine beauty through diving. Other things to note We do not provide bed linen. If you're interested, request an additional R$ 20 fee per day per person. We do not provide breakfast, we offer a new and complete kitchen with appliances and utensils. Inside the condominium, there is a grocery store and bakery.
