Great family home, up-dated with outdoor pool, hot tub and fire place. Spend your morning with a cup of coffee and take a 6 minute stroll to the beach to watch the amazing Atlantic Ocean sunrises and hear the surf. Spend your day poolside or at the beach then grab your favorite beverage relax in hot tub. Our beachside island home is located in the quaint town of Melbourne Beach. This barrier island sanctuary is home to nesting sea turtles and migratory sea birds! The space We have 3 bedrooms with one king and 2 queens. We can sleep 6 adults comfortably. Newly renovated kitchen bathrooms and floors. Clean modern with retro flair inside. Large screended patio area with hot tub and outside dining table for 8. Also have white wood paneled TV room has a couch with wood burning fireplace and vintage bar and second tv. Guest access Guests can access entire property. Other things to note We can offer a high chair and or pack n play on request. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon to walk to beach. If you prefer to drive to the beach we have Spessard Holland north beach park with free parking and restrooms less than a mile away. No children allowed in pool area or hot tub without adult supervision. We do offer an option to heat the pool for $25 a day but have a free hot tub 10 feet away, no real need to heat the pool. Our barrier island home is located in the quaint town of Melbourne Beach. This quiet beach town is nestled between the Indian River Lagoon and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. One of the oldest beach communities in Brevard County. We are blessed to be In this barrier island sanctuary, that keeps our natural environment safe for the plethora of seasonal nesting sea turtles and migratory sea birds! Our beaches are home to the highest concentration of nesting sea turtles in North America. Nesting season runs May-October, usually peaking June -August. It is the most amazing thing to witness, a nesting mother turtle, they are huge, weighing hundreds of pounds. The process of laying eggs over night takes 2 hours, as the mom slowly travels the beach, digs a whole lay the eggs, bury her clutch and returns to the ocean. The hatchlings emerge a month or so later. The turtles are protected and not lights can be used. They do have organized turtle walks at the Barrier Island Sanctuary and Turtle Preservation Society. Owner does not allow pets. We do have a 6 person golf cart that rents for$70 per day depending on availability. Great for cruising the small town, restaurants, shops, parks, beaches, and pier. Great beachside family home, up-dated with beautiful screened private patio and hot tub. This cozy home is great for a couple or a family exploring the area. We love our snowbirds looking for a winter retreat and this home is perfect. Close to golf, beach, tennis, resturants, and everything the Space Coast offers.
