Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On your stay you will have the whole of downstairs accommodation available to you. Beach access within a few steps, local golf course, meals on Friday nights at Country Club (short walk situated at golf course) bowling greens, tennis courts. Local pub The Duke 5 mins drive at Porangahau Village, a dairy that serves Fish and Chips and has everything you need. Enjoy sitting outdoors listening to the waves.🌊☀️🏖️ The space Two bedrooms with queen bed in each. Separate shower and toilet. Small lounge space can have the couch removed and a single bed placed there if need be. Kitchenette space with a sink in bench, washing machine, bench top oven, jug, toaster. Feel free to enjoy the lawn space outside house of your accommodation (South side of house) allowing the north end of house and lawns for owners. Please no entry on decking upstairs. Guest access Lawn just outside accommodation, no entry upstairs or on decking upstairs. Other things to note Please note summer and winter rates, I only take bookings up to 12 months ahead.
