Country living at its best and only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. This is a studio apartment that is located on my 2-acre property. Close to shopping, gyms, casinos, and freeways. Easy access to all areas of the valley. Completely furnished apartment down to the utensils. It is equipped with an 86” TV with access to sports and unlimited movies. This is a 900 sq. ft. studio apartment. It is an open concept. We own 3 lively, beautiful and rambunctious Dalmatians named Gados, Frannie and Jexi. They are in a separate gated area of the property and may bark when you arrive. If you’re not a dog lover, that’s ok. Please let the host know if you have any issues.
