The space As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and grounds. Enjoy 2,000 square feet of inviting interior space, a large fully fenced backyard with a garden and BBQ patio, and private parking for up to three cars. All four bedrooms feature supportive queen-size beds with premium memory foam toppers and 100% organic cotton bedding. We’ve included high-quality amenities to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Main Level: Open living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and Bedroom #4 with an office desk workspace and private full bathroom down the hall. Upstairs Level: Primary Bedroom (#1) with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, plus Bedroom #2 with a private full bathroom across the hall. Basement Level: A high-ceiling space with natural light and a private exterior entrance. Includes Bedroom #3, a full bathroom, laundry closet (washer/dryer), and a cozy living room with a mini kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, and dining ware). FAMILIES: Traveling with kids is easier here! We include baby gates on the stairs, backyard toys, and basic baby-proofing. Available to you upon request: Ikea high chair, Maxi Cosi Iora bassinet, Graco pack-and-play with soft mattress pad and organic fitted sheets, baby changing pad, lullaby+ white noise machines, infant bath tub, silicone baby bibs and dining ware, and more. Guest access The entire home and fully fenced backyard are yours to enjoy during your stay. Access is simple and secure with keyless touchpad locks on the main-level front and back doors, as well as the basement door. We’ll provide you with a unique keypad code that works for all three entrances for the duration of your stay. Relax in the spacious backyard patio, featuring a new Polywood dining table with seating for 8+ and a Weber propane gas BBQ—perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. Other things to note Our home is situated on a charming residential street in West Seattle, providing easy access to the area’s best attractions. Enjoy nearby Alki Beach, beautiful Schmitz Park trails, and the vibrant Alaska and Admiral Junctions on California Avenue.
