This space is totally rural in the city, the environment is quiet, many old trees, well-kept vegetation that make a beautiful park, an estuary that runs through it, fruit trees, garden, meadow, etc. The neighborhood is made up of plots that belong to this subdivision, also with beautiful gardens, very easy access and connectivity, public transportation, etc. The house is spacious and heated with a beautiful view. It's really nice to have the chance to experience a stay. The space The house has an architecture, based on the idea of a decagon, with a raised ledge on the roof, which is the typical southern quincho, hence its shape and internal distribution. Its exterior materials are also proof of this, being larch tile and noble woods. Guest access You can take walks around where there are beautiful houses, gardens, an old shed belonging to the old farm, etc. The plot has plenty of space to park the car. Nearby there are supermarkets, greengrocers, bakeries, etc. During your stay I live in the house and personally attend to guests. I take care of the details and above all that they have a pleasant stay. I should also add that breakfast is what comes out of the garden and the chicken coop on my plot. Other things to note I have a vegetable garden, chicken coop, dogs, and cats on my property, forming the countryside habitat.
