Hello and welcome to this beautiful house just minutes from downtown Bourges, renovated with care very recently. In a cocooning setting, come and discover alone, with family or friends, our beautiful Berry region for pleasure or business travel, you will feel at home in summer and winter with its reversible heating system and its garden without neighbors. Your vehicles can be parked in the driveway and in the garage for the more cautious! The space This pretty house of more than 115 m2 in the heart of Berry is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of more than 50 m2 with a fully equipped and furnished kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge, oven, induction cooktop, many storage spaces), a large sofa bed with an OLED TV (internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime) A shower room, a separate toilet and a bedroom, then you will go down a staircase to the garden level to have access to a 2nd private living room, games room with sofa bed with a real mattress of 140 x 200 and two large bedrooms including one worthy of a totally autonomous studio with a shower room, kitchen and a toilet. You can park your vehicle in the courtyard (up to two vehicles one after the other park along the house) and also in the parking lot just opposite for free and without problems in summer and winter. When the weather is right, you can enjoy the garden with its parasol, a barbecue and a brazier with two distinct areas for your warm and friendly moments. Accommodation fully fenced, not overlooked and secure. Washing machine and dryer also available for long stays. The house is equipped with fiber, you have free access. Upon arrival, the beds are prepared and we provide you with bath towels! Close to the city center of Bourges, its amenities, beautiful monuments and places to discover, activities offered, but also beautiful small villages filled with charm in the heart of nature.
