This beautiful newly built house sleeps up to 6 and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bristol for work or leisure. Located just a 9 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station and closeby to the main attractions in Bristol where you will find an array of bars and resturants, as well as local attractions, it's in a fantastic spot for guests exploring Bristol. We manage another property a few doors down in the same location which looks very similar, this is one of two. The space This newly built two bedroom house is modern, convenient and a fully-furnished house which has all the amenities you need to enjoy your trip to Bristol. The lovely open plan living space is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and all the glassware, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, cleaning supplies and a tea towel to ensure you have everything you need. The oval dining table has 6 chairs. The living space has a comfortable large corner sofa which opens out into a double bed to sleep 2 and bedding and towels are provided. The media wall has a smart TV loaded with apps including Netflix and a built in electric fire making for a cosy space to unwind. From the living space there are sliding doors out onto the private outdoor courtyard area which has a table with 6 chairs. There is a downstairs toilet and a cupboard under the stairs which has a washer dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Each of the two bedrooms has a lovely king size bed with bedside lights and USB charging sockets as well as a 43 inch TV and a hairdryer. There is plenty of space for hanging your clothes with wardrobes in each room. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over a bath. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided as well as bed linen and two towels for each guest. Long and short stay guests welcome. Guest access You will have private access to the whole property during your stay Other things to note For the Nespresso coffee machine - This machine needs vertuo coffee pods which are not provided. We recommend to buy these ahead of your stay from Nespresso or the amazon Nespresso shop This property is brand new build so isn’t showing yet on google maps, we have requested for it to be added. Upon booking, we will send you a map pin link to the exact location Limited off street parking available on request, please get in touch to find out more. Parking on the roads outside of the property is pay and display/permits Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. It is free to park from 5pm-9am on week days and free to park on weekends.
