Welcome to our Home. Our brand-new apartment is located in Bologna’s vibrant downtown, in Via Marconi. Both contemporary and cozy, our apartment offers comfortable spaces for your stay featuring a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen with bar counter and dining table, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. At a rare height for the city centre, from the 7th floor (out of 8) you may enjoy a wonderful view above Bologna’s characteristic red roofs. The space The big windows in all rooms together with the three sides view guarantee natural lightning and smooth breeze difficult to find in the city centre. All bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) have comfortable beds (1 king size, 1 queen size, 1 single size), night tables, a closet and a bench for your luggage. The living room will make you feel at home, with full bookshelves, a snugly couch and a large TV. The kitchen and dining area are the perfect scenario for your meals, either if you are up to cooking (including oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) or simply ordering delivery food. The two bathrooms are complete and large enough, you may choose between a relaxing shower or a bubble bath in the tub after your long day through Bologna’s porticos and alleys. There is high speed wi-fi (optic fiber) in all rooms, that will easily allow for remote work and/or movie streaming.
