Skier-friendly, walk to lift, free parking space

Fantastic location for skiers and mountain bikers! This 1b/1b condo is perfect for the solo skier, the skier couple, or for those who want to explore Park City and the surrounding area. My husband and I are season-pass skiers who lived in this condo for 2 years and we loved it, especially the walk-to-lift access. In the summer, our condo is only a 3-minute bike ride away from one of the best mountain biking trail systems in the country, with over 500 miles of IMBA Gold Level MTB trails. The space Sleeping The bedroom has a queen bed with comfy mattress (per reviews), down pillows (2 firm and 2 medium) and a down comforter. You may hear daytime noises from neighbours in the adjacent units but in our 2 years living there, we never found the noise to be loud, distracting or unacceptable. We slept with the bedroom window cracked open every night (even in winter) and because the window faces the City Park, it is very quiet and peaceful at night. Waking up to a nice view of the ski resort from the bedroom window is something we really enjoyed, especially as the sunrise hit the peaks. Cooking For those who prefer to cook their own meals, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets, bottled water, spices, sugar packets, Stevia packets, oils, and some breakfast items (pancake mix, syrup, oatmeal packets, butter). We provide 3 ways to make coffee: Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, and a French press. We provide pods and ground coffee and do our best to provide half n half, with powdered creamer as an emergency backup. Other hot drinks provided include teas, hot cocoa and apple cider. When we are able, we will provide eggs. We live 45 minutes away so this isn’t always possible. Relaxing Enjoy the heated rug in the living room and keep your feet toasty and warm while watching your favourite apps on the 55” 4K Roku smart TV (Xfinity box is connected for network tv). Note the photos still show the old TV. Games, cards, and a Park-City themed puzzle are also available. Staying clean We have a 50-gallon hot water tank so you can enjoy long showers. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. For longer stays, a stackable washer/dryer is located in the unit along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Other things to note Skiers will appreciate the sturdy wall-mounted ski rack, the DryGuy boot/glove heater, and the ski/snowboard/pole carriers, which means you can walk to the lift hands-free and won’t have to balance your gear on your shoulder! We don't allow any animals. We stay at the condo as well and have moderate allergies.
