This Property is not a Local Accommodation and, in compliance with the Legislation in force in Portugal, the guest will be asked to sign an Accommodation agreement for the days of the reservation. The living room includes a space with a dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. - The double bed is very comfortable, queen size, with a wardrobe and bedside table. . 2 Very spacious and comfortable sofa beds. - A Modern SmartTV accompanies the space for you to enjoy after a long day exploring the city. - The space has a "black-out" system on all windows for your best privacy. - The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and amenities so you can have a 5-star experience. - The bathroom with shower also includes a hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo/toilet paper. - Bath and face towels as well as bed linens are provided. - Smart cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (for remote work) - Air conditioning for cooling and heating the Studio. - A wonderful outdoor space with a private garden. There is a possibility of stray cats in the property's garden. Please do not feed them. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space in the apartment. Other things to note 1 - This Property is not a Local Accommodation and is intended only for medium and long-term stays and in compliance with the Legislation in force in Portugal, the guest will be asked to sign an Accommodation agreement for the days of the reservation. 2 - All guests will be requested including children prior to check-in identification data according to EU rules and regulations: Full Name Date of birth Passport number or other identity document Nationality 3- This Property operates by self check-in. our guests can thus enter at the time that suits them best after 4 p.m. 4- Extra scarf set costs €10 and must be requested before check-in. 2 person reservations only the double bed is prepared . 5- The use of the second sofa bed when the reservation is 4 people has a surcharge of €10 per stay. 6- Estimated guest the access to the apartment is made only by keys, so please note that whenever you close the door the keys should never stay inside the apartment, let alone in the lock . If such a situation occurs we will have to request the door opening by an expert who has a cost of €60 Forgetting the keys inside the apartment implies a trip with the cost paid at the time in cash in the amount of 25€. 7 - We can provide a pack & play cot with clothing included for €10 per stay ( subject to availability ) The loss of keys involves a cost of €25. 8 - There is a possibility that there are stray cats in the garden of the property.
