Located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, Paige Place is an ideal setting for families and friends to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together. The space This 1,200-square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering a comfortable layout for your stay. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas range stove, making meal preparation easy. A dining table adjacent to the kitchen comfortably seats four guests. Guest access Guests are permitted to access the garage; however, the garage door may not be opened, and parking inside the garage is not allowed. The washer and dryer are available for guest use. Please note that any damage to the washer and dryer, or if the garage area is left untidy, will result in additional charges based on the condition of the space. Parking is permitted in the driveway and directly in front of the house only. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes. Other things to note Up to two dogs are allowed with prior approval. Cats are strictly prohibited. All dogs must be current on flea prevention at the time of stay. If a cat is brought onto the property or evidence of a cat is found, a $500 additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
