Complete kitchen with a vast assortment of cooking accessories and supplies. Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. Huge downstairs entertaining area with tiki bar, mini pool, games, beach toys & chairs, TV, outdoor shower, and dining area to watch movies or your favorite sporting events. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, excluding owner's closets. Other things to note ***** There will be a $50 fee per stay for up to two dogs. Please pick up after your dogs as there is an additional $50 charge for cleanup after checkout. ****** There will be a $500 fine for smoking of anything including vapes inside of the house.
