JESSE'S FLAT Includes high-speed internet, water, electric & garbage. . We have seven flats located on 10 acres with a garden. All our flats are fully furnished with everything you will need in the kitchen, all linens in the bath and bedroom. We are a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (Dogs). Smoking allowed outside only, never inside flats. The space Jesse's Flat is cheerful, comfy and sparkling clean. Our guest enjoy having privacy, yet are in a beautiful environment. Guest access Please enjoy walking the property with your doggie or just for a stroll Other things to note We charge a pet fee due to extra cleaning. In some cases, our cleaning time and expense have tripled due to hair removal, floor refinishing, door repair or replacement, etc. It takes many hours to remove all pet hair on floors, walls, furniture, etc. Pet Fees: (Payment required before arrival) Small breed dog: less than 22lb (10kg) $100.00 Medium breed dog: 22lb - 55lb (10-25kg) $150.00 Large breed dog: over 55lb (25kg) $200.00 Cats $200 This is a one-time fee. We do not weigh dogs. We believe our guests are honest folk. We do ask that immunizations are up to date, nails are trimmed, and that you keep a lease with you when you are out on the property in the event that other doggies are out on the property as well. We also ask that you remove doggie poo. You will find doggie poo bags on the shelf in the laundry room. There will also be zip locks to place the doggie bags into (this keeps our garbage cans clean and the smell is not as bad). Please place all doggie poo in the large green garbage cans at the entrance of the drive. I will send you information on how to pay for the doggie fee.
