The kitchen cabinets are not equipped with child locks, the dressers and furniture are not fixed to the wall with child safety bands, the water is hot, the outlets do not have safety plugs and the front and back yards are not fenced. PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN ARE ADVISED TO STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ➺ PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is fenced on 2 out of 3 sides, and the BACKYARD IS SHARED with the other side of the duplex. While the back porch is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, it is not entirely private. It is similar to a townhouse patio, and visible to the next door neighbor's backyard. ➺ PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to accommodate early check-in if possible. If the previous guest is checking out the morning of your stay, an early check-in is usually not possible. We have a high standard for cleaning, and require most of the time between guests to clean. ➺ There is a 24 hour QuickTrip gas station & convenience store located at the end of the block, a quarter of a mile away. QuickTrip has a very large convenience store for a gas station with a fast food restaurant inside. Both Kroger and Publix are a very short distance away, less than 5 minute drive to either one. It's also very easy to get Uber eats to deliver 24 hours a day ➺ House Rules: NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE. Smoking and vaping is only allowed OUTSIDE on the back deck, front porch, or in the front or back yards. NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES allowed on the property NO LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES. Maximum of 12 adults allowed on property at any one time. FEES MAY BE CHARGED FOR: *smoking or vaping inside *unauthorized pets (non-service animals) *damage to property *waiting fee for unauthorized late check-out. Guest access Guests have entire access of this unit. THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX, split into two units rented on a short-term basis. The backyard is shared and partially fenced. There will be guests staying in the other unit. The driveway is shared. Please park in the parking pad directly in front of the house and do not block the driveway going to the back of the house Other things to note We want you to truly feel at home during your stay. Traffic is heaviest between 8am - 6pm ➺ QUIET HOURS for the neighborhood are 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors ➺ CAPACITY: Our home most comfortably accommodates 4 adults, up to 7 adults maximum with the use of the sofa and bunkbed . If you have any questions about capacity, please inquire before booking. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. We allow gatherings of up to 12 adults during the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
