Cosy rural lodge farm location, pet & dog friendly

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located on a peaceful farm location, only one other lodge on site. Super dog friendly, fenced to cater for your pets to run freely while you relax. Two bedrooms, but also room to sleep in lounge. Rural location, with nearest town only 4 miles away with all amenities to cater for anyone that is on holiday, takeaway deliveries too. Central to Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire coasts. Enjoy fresh free range eggs for your brekkie. The space There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with king size bed and en suite. There is a large L shape sofa in the lounge that could also easily sleep 2 or you are more than welcome to bring air bed/camp bed should someone not want to share the single beds. There is a kitchen area and a separate dining area and a lounge as well as a bathroom with shower. Flooring is laminate throughout and there are no steps, it's all on one level. Parking is right outside the gate. Guest access Parking is directly outside the lodge which is accessed via a wooden gate, there are no steps to go to the lodge or the garden or the decking. The lodge is fenced accordingly for dogs and is 6ft tall, they have a lawn to run on as well as an area behind the lodge. There is also an outside tap in the hut near by if you need to wash them off after any muddy or sandy walks. Other things to note Infants are welcome but I do not have high chair/cot etc so you would need to bring all the necessary items with you. I supply hand towels (not bath towels) and bedding and there are also all the basics in the kitchen (salt/pepper/coffee/tea/sugar/sweetener)
