Relax at this cozy Cabin located across from the River Trail and right off I-74. Enjoy the wrap-around balcony, the privacy and tranquility of this beautiful place. Kids can stay in the loft w/ a reading nook and smart TV. Private master bedroom w/ touch lamps. Great location, close to everything. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request. The space Full kitchen, living room, dining area, private master bedroom w/ a queen bed and a Loft with 2 twin beds and a play nook (steep steps going up to the Loft). Wrap-around porch with a swing, rocking chairs and a large back deck w/ a gas grill. Two flights of steps to get up to the Cabin. In-law quarters is separate; it has a kitchenette, 1 queen bed/room, a full bathroom and laundry. It is empty while the Cabin is booked, but available if you need more space upon request. Guest access The Cabin is upstairs with a hot tub, nice deck with a grill and a front deck overlooking the road and bike trail. The In-law quarters on the lower level is separate and private - it is available upon request. Other things to note Second queen bed is on the lower level which is the in-law quarters and is separate from the Cabin. Events are allowed but must be disclosed. $200 fine if it happens without permission. 4-car maximum and try to keep them in the driveway. Parked cars must be kept off the street as much as possible. Every day dishes are provided as well as “Friendly Village” china for special dinners (serve 6) and platters on display. Please be careful with these as they are family heirlooms from our old family cabin in Wisconsin.
