The space The newly renovated apartment has been designed with a lot of love for detail to offer guests a cozy and modern home during their stay. Each area has been set up with care to make you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. Through the large windows, a fantastic view of the lake opens up, which offers a fascinating backdrop at any time of the day and year. The decor is not only modern, but also designed with warm colors and comfortable furniture to provide you with a cozy ambience. The apartment is fully equipped so you can fully enjoy your stay. The kitchen has simple appliances to prepare your dishes, while the living room offers a relaxed place for socializing and quiet evenings. The bedroom has been designed so that you can relax after an eventful day. Amenities for your relaxation can be found in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment not only exudes a modern atmosphere, but also promises a place where you feel safe and welcome - perfect for enjoying the beauty of the surroundings and relaxing. Sauna, hot tub and spa area Enjoy relaxing hours in our barrel sauna with panoramic glass while watching the soothing play of the waves. The wood-burning stove in the sauna creates a romantic atmosphere with its flickering light and the pleasant crackling of the wood. Then refresh yourself at our outdoor shower or in Lake Constance and be surrounded by nature. Our over 100 square meter wellness oasis is located in one of the oldest greenhouses in the Reichenau and exudes a very special charm as well as a rich history. The wellness area invites you to linger with a hammock, two loungers and two chairs. In addition, we only use regional types of firewood for the sauna and the fire bowl. Relax in the evening by the fire bowl, surrounded by comfortable wooden chairs with sheepskins, while you can enjoy the ambiance of the cozy Mediterranean plants and the undisturbed view of the lake. Treat yourself to a special break: Enjoy our hot tub with a fantastic view of Lake Constance – comfortably warm, atmospherically lit, with massage and air jets and wood-fired. The hot tub is exclusively available as part of our on-site bookable wellness package. Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation, charm and unique atmosphere – experience your very personal retreat with us. Other things to note Until 2027, the hot tub can be enjoyed as part of a wellness package that can be booked on site. From 2027, the use is already included in the price. This is a natural water access. Water grass, reed, etc., can be in the access area. Due to the water level, the low water depth can make swimming near the beach more difficult. The right part of the orange house is rented, the left part can also be rented via Airbnb. Shared with the holiday guests Seezauber, the water access, parking as well as the bike room and the sauna/wellness area (privacy possible)
