The space The newly renovated apartment has been designed with a lot of love for detail to offer guests a cozy and modern home during their stay. Each area has been carefully furnished to make you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. The large windows open up a fantastic view of the lake, which offers a fascinating backdrop at any time of the day or year. The decor is not only modern, but also designed with warm colors and comfortable furniture to provide you with a cozy ambiance. The apartment is fully equipped so you can fully enjoy your stay. The kitchen has simple appliances to prepare your meals, while the living room offers a relaxing place for socializing and quiet evenings. The bedroom has been designed to help you recover after an eventful day. Amenities for your relaxation can be found in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment not only exudes a modern atmosphere, but also promises a place where you feel safe and welcome - perfect for enjoying the beauty of the surroundings and relaxing. Sauna and wellness area Enjoy relaxing hours in our barrel sauna with panoramic glass while watching the soothing waves. The wood-burning stove in the sauna creates a romantic atmosphere with its flickering firelight and the pleasant crackling of the wood. Then refresh yourself at our outdoor shower or in Lake Constance and let yourself be surrounded by nature. Our wellness oasis of over 100 square meters is located in one of the oldest greenhouses in Reichenau and exudes a very special charm as well as a rich history. The wellness area invites you to linger with a hammock, two loungers and two chairs. In addition, we only use regional firewood for the sauna and the fire pit. Relax in the evening by the fire at the fire pit, surrounded by comfortable wooden chairs with sheepskins, while you can enjoy the ambiance of the cozy Mediterranean plants and the undisturbed view of the lake. Immerse yourself in a world full of relaxation, charm and a unique atmosphere – experience your very own retreat with us. Other things to note It is a natural water access. Water grass, reeds, etc. can be found in the access area. Water level conditions can lead to the shallow water making it difficult to swim near the beach. The right part of the orange house is rented. The left part can also be rented via Airbnb. Shared with the holiday guests Seezauber is the water access, parking as well as the bicycle storage room and the sauna/wellness area (privacy possible)
