Karinya - peaceful home close to town & hospital

Peaceful home with everything required for a restful stay. The main bedroom is a sunny bright room with one queen bed, towels, linen and hanging space provided. The room is lockable. Strictly NO smoking. Car - 1.15 hrs to Canberra , 1.5 hrs to Merimbula, 1.15 to Perisher, 40mins to Jindabyne. Walking distance from bus stop. Check in 3pm, check out 10am. Flexible by negotiation. If the day you are after, send me a message - sometimes I can unlock days, if suits. 😀 The space This is a clean, neat and tidy brick home within walking distance to the centre of Cooma, supermarkets and the hospital. Off-street parking and large sunny, lockable room available. Private room to suit up to 2 guests - Shared sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Visitor information, tea & coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, clothes steamer available. This is my home. I sometimes work from home and sometimes you will have the place to yourselves. 😀 Please treat my home accordingly. Guest access Access to shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, patio and laundry. I work full time, so appreciate thoughtful and considerate guest. Other things to note Walking distant to CBD, hospital and supermarket. Ducted gas heating in winter through house. With electric blanket and seperate heater in room. Plus spare doona and blanket. No air conditioning in the house - in summer it can be very warm. There is a fan.
