This beautiful three-bedroom home sits across the bridge from Fort Myers Beach and is located on a canal to provide a perfect opportunity to explore the area from the water. Just bring your small boat or kayak and tie it up to the dock at the back of the house! The dock provides outdoor seating while viewing the Florida "locals" that may swim or fly past. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light welcomes you indoors. The living room features a large leather sectional with a recliner and a giant flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered balcony that overlooks the yard and canal. Comfortable furnishings and grill will make you want to stay forever. Off of the living room, there is the primary bedroom with a king bed, tray ceilings, balcony access, and an attached bath. The primary bathroom has dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads. Additional guests will find a queen guest bedroom, a bunk room with a custom murphy bed style bed, and a sofa sleeper. This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
