Welcome to our Salem guest house! The space This guest unit is perched above the garage and offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. In addition to the main bedroom that offers a queen-sized bed, the sofa conveniently transforms into a bed, accommodating a third guest with ease. There is an option for a queen-size air mattress if you'd prefer it instead of the sofa bed. Guest access The guest unit boasts its own private access and even features a quaint yard area for your enjoyment. When you arrive, simply make your way through the left gate. The entrance is conveniently located at the garage level, and a set of steps will guide you to the unit positioned above the garage. Other things to note One parking spot is available on the on the LEFT side of the driveway. Do NOT park in the apartment complex parking area that’s directly across the driveway. Although there are no signs prohibiting parking, they WILL tow you. There is some parking available across the street on DST, or on the roundabout, or on 25th Street (an image can be provided upon request). Please be aware that DST can be a bit busy, so consider how comfortable you feel parking there. We are not responsible for any personal injuries, damages to the vehicle or vehicle contents.
