Other things to note The condominium's community amenities such as the pool and workout room are OFF-LIMITS to guests. Please note that although the home is on the ground level, you will have to walk down 14 steps to access the property. For safety purposes, the fireplace is not for guest use. Violation of this policy may result in an additional fee. Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
