The Manor is available to book for exclusive use corporate lets, holiday lets and wedding accommodation. Set over three floors, the property consists of six ensuite kingsize bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, three reception rooms, two kitchens and two open log fires. There are approximately 1/2 acre of grounds and gardens to the rear, with resident ducks and chickens. There is private secure parking for up to 10 vehicles. We have an excellent selection of highly rated restaurants, gas bistro pubs, traditional old English pubs and tapas bars in the nearby locality. We are more than happy to assist with dinner table reservations and taxi bookings prior to your stay. The Manor is located 5 minutes drive from J53 A1(M) Scotch Corner, and just 1 minutes drive from the A66. We are 20 minutes from Teeside Airport and 45 minutes from Newcastle Airport. The nearest mainline railway is Darlington Station, providing fast connections to Leeds, York, London and beyond. We are approximately 17 minutes drive from Darlington Railway Station. Guest access As an exclusive use holiday let, guests have sole access to No.2 West Layton Manor, to encompass 6 ensuite bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 reception rooms and approximately 1/2 acre of landscaped gardens. Other things to note No.2 West Layton Manor operates as a "holiday home Country Rural Retreat". Our standard check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us prior to making a booking. Due to its location in a rural conservation area, we are unable to host non-resident guests for party events without prior agreement. The maximum occupancy of the property is 12 resident guests plus infants. The Manor car park accommodates 8 vehicles.
