The building is secured 24/7 for your peace of mind. The studio is located in The Beacon - Arnaiz Tower, Makati City, the center of Metro Manila's metropolis. Some nearby places are: Grocery - Waltermart (right beside) Malls - Makati Cinema Square (right beside), Greenbelt & Glorietta (1km away) Convenience Stories - 7/11 (1st floor of the building) Laundry Shop (2nd floor of the building) Guest access The guest will receive a password to the electronic door lock prior to their check-in. Other things to note LUGGAGE AT FRONT DESK Since we are not a hotel, unfortunately our building admin does not allow luggage to be left at front desk before or after check in/out. Please contact us if you need this and we'll try to make arrangements. CHECK-IN TIME - From 2pm onwards - The unit is self check-in - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. - Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 11 am. - Late check-out may be accommodated upon request but is not guaranteed. GUESTS - Guests have to supply their full name prior to check-in - The unit accommodates up to 3 adults. - You will need to sign in with the lobby concierge during your check-in for security purposes. - We do not allow visitors in the unit for security purposes. PARKING - Parking is available within the building for Php 500 per night, on a first come first served basis. Please let us know in advance if you require parking. Security: Cameras in common areas. Accessibility: 9th floor via elevator RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - No visitors (only registered guests allowed in the unit) - Quiet time: 10pm to 8 am.
