Our cottage boasts period features throughout, situated in the St Mary’s area of Brixham. Just a mile to the bustling harbour, with an array of shops, restaurants, and pubs. In this hidden gem you’ll find a well equipped kitchen, dining & lounge area. The lounge has a TV, woodburner, a small conservatory with access to a courtyard. Steep cottage-syle open stairs lead to two double bedrooms, with period features including a cobbled wall & high beams. There is a bathroom with a bath & shower over. The space Our family cottage is cosy and quirky. Built around 1850, it is a typical Devon home with unusual features. The back patio is ALL owned by Hidden Cottage and you have unrestricted access. A new addition is our private screened outdoor area. Use the provided chairs and table and enjoy a drink in the peace and seclusion. Please note there are steep stairs so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guest access You have full access to the house and rear patio. Please note, as is common for this type of cottage, there are steep stairs to the first floor. Other things to note As with many properties in Brixham, there is no parking outside the property. There is always unrestricted parking nearby in 'Dashpers' (a nearby street) and on Drew Street.
