Little Knoll Barn in Harpenden, self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras. The space Little Knoll Barn sits on the same land as Knoll House. The accommodation is all on one level with a mezzanine floor that can be used as a quiet place to work or read. Access to the upper floor is by a pull down staircase which can be conveniently stored away to provide extra space. The kitchen area has a full size Bosh built in oven & Bosh microwave and 2 ring hob, with full size sink and integrated fridge. Shower room is a walk in shower for ease. The bed is a king size for extra comfort. If you need a travel cot or hi chair these can be provided, please ask. Two hot water bottles provided to snuggle. Our guests can enjoy a private courtyard with a fire pit & parking next to the entrance gate for convenience. Guest access Guests have their own parking space and private entrance to the Barn with its own courtyard space offering a place to relax with ample outdoor seating and a fire pit in the evenings. Other things to note Harpenden is renowned for its variety of shops and boutiques, with an abundance of pubs and restaurants. We have a farmers market on the 4th Sunday of every month in the high street which is very enjoyable to amble around. There are many great places to walk and cycle in the surrounding area. We provide a detailed booklet on where to eat and drink, places of interest, walks, cycle paths and lots more.
