First floor apartment by the river with terrace - A green oasis

Vacation home in Brandenburg (60 km northeast of Berlin) with direct jetty to the "Old Oder". Relax, enjoy, work from home, go swimming, canoeing, fishing... The 1930 house, lovingly renovated in 2023, consists of 2 apartments (ground floor with 90 m² and upper floor with 70 m²). The luxurious apartments offer fantastic window fronts and terraces overlooking the untouched nature. The space The ground floor apartment has direct access to the garden terrace, which is easily accessible via large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The terrace is elevated and embedded in a green slope to enjoy a great view of the river. There is an outdoor area with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a sofa lounge corner. This results in the perfect indoor/outdoor transition in good weather. Because the heart of the apartment directly adjacent to the terrace consists of a bright, fully equipped open kitchen with island and seating, a large dining table, cozy corner bench and chairs for at least 6 people, an antique workbench e.g. for the home office, as well as a beautiful sofa area including a large 42" TV. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms (2 * double bed, 1 * bunk bed) and a sofa bed for 2 people available on about 90 m². In the apartment there are desks, keyboards and mice are available for use for a home office stay. Of course, the Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit is free and available. A luxurious large bathroom with a rain shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a guest toilet complete the offer. Please note that the garden and access to the river can be used by both apartments of the house. The garden itself is wild and not fenced. You should definitely keep this in mind when booking with children! Please have consideration for a possible 2nd tenant on the second floor and the neighbors. This is not a party venue! Rather, it's a good idea to take an extended family vacation, for example with grandparents and co., and then maybe even book both apartments in the house.
