First floor apartment by the river with terrace - A green oasis

Holiday home in Brandenburg (60 km northeast of Berlin) with direct jetty to the "Alten Oder". Relax, enjoy, home office, go swimming, canoeing, fishing... The 2023 lovingly renovated house from 1930 consists of 2 apartments (ground floor with 90 m² and upper floor with 70 m²). The luxurious apartments offer fantastic window fronts and terraces with views of untouched nature. The space The ground floor apartment has direct access to the garden terrace, which is easily accessible via large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The terrace is elevated into a green slope to enjoy a great view of the river. There is an outdoor space with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a sofa lounge corner. This results in the perfect indoor /outdoor transition in good weather . Because the heart of the apartment directly adjacent to the terrace consists of a bright, fully equipped open kitchen-living room with island and seating, a large dining table, cozy corner bench and chairs for at least 6 people, an antique planer e.g. for working from home, as well as a beautiful sofa landscape including a large 42"TV. In the apartment there are available on approx. 90 m² 3 bedrooms (2 * double bed, 1 * bunk bed) and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. In the apartment there are 3 desks, keyboards and mice available for use for a home office stay. Of course, the Wi-Fi with 100MBit is free and available. A luxurious large bathroom with rainshower shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a guest toilet complete the offer. Please keep in mind that the garden and access to the river can be used by both apartments of the house. The garden itself is wildly enchanted and not fenced. This is something to keep in mind when booking with children! Please have consideration for an eventual 2nd rental party on the upper floor and the neighbors. This is not a party venue! Rather, it is advisable to take an extended family vacation, e.g. with grandparents and co. and then maybe even book both apartments in the house. We are happy to make the bedroom beds according to your booking and to provide you with high-quality towel sets. Our on-site housekeeping is available in a timely manner for questions.
