A walk of about 10 minutes will take you to the popular village of Newport with its well-regarded restaurants, pubs and shops (includes Butchers, Post office, Chemist and Fishmongers). There is also a local market most Mondays. With a choice of sandy beaches, the spectacular coast and unspoilt countryside, there is certainly plenty to do in this part of Pembrokeshire: golfing, horse riding, cycling, fishing, birdwatching, dolphin-spotting and watersports. And walking, of course: up Carningli, in the Preseli Hills or along the renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It truly is a beautiful place to come and enjoy. Llys-y-Gwynt is about a 10 minute walk from here.  Trains come into Goodwick station and town service buses pass this station hourly and come through to Newport. There is good Orange and EE phone signal at the house; other networks not yet tried. There is plenty of room for a Tesco delivery van to access this property.  Arrival and car parking There is plenty of room for parking around this house, you can drive 2 cars alongside the house. This drive is on a slight slope with 3 steps OR a ramp to access the house.  There is a fence alongside the ramp to hold onto. The surface of the drive to the side of the house is tarmac and the rest of the parking spaces are chippings. There are lots of outside lights all around the house. There are no steps when you walk through the front door of the house so a wheelchair can access easily. There is also a large flat patio accessible to wheelchairs from the house all on one level Inside All rooms are spacious. Downstairs: Marble effect tiles, upstairs: wooden floors.  All oak furniture with white leather corner suite. Modern ceiling spot lighting through. All the double bedrooms have room for a cot. TV in sitting room plus in two of the double bedrooms with remote. No support rails in any bathrooms. Kitchen has cordless kettle and is well equipped with all kitchen essentials. Large modern oven with grill inside oven. Heating Oil-fired central heating with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Solar panels for hot water as well as the combi boiler and also a multi fuel stove that does water too. Heated towel rails in every bathroom  Outside Enclosed patio area at front and rear of house. Lawned garden at higher level enclosed also. Wall seating available at rear. Outside shower at rear with warm water to rinse off sand.
