Terrace views farm stay is the perfect secluded places for your country or beach getaway. There is an abundance of wildlife surrounding the property with spectacular views. The property has modern and updated bedrooms and amenities including: - Spacious bedrooms that sleep up to 9 people - Stylish recently renovated bathroom and laundry - Wrap around veranda with panoramic farmland and Illawarra escarpment views - Beautiful Indoor and outdoor dining for up to 8 people - Fireplace - Swim Spa The space The homestead consists of four bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests. Sleeping arrangements: King size main bedroom. 1 x Queen Bedroom 1 x Queen Bedroom 1 x Bedroom with two single beds. 1 x Single bed in second lounge room. Two spacious living areas with open plan kitchen overlooking the foothills of the escarpment and water views over a tranquil dam. Swim Spa. Claw Bath Tub. Double Shower. Large seating area around swim Spa. There is a second ensuit however it is original. You can feed the goats upon request. Guest access The property has off street parking which will fit a very large caravan and/or Boat at the same time, as well as up to four vehicles. There is no parking other than the driveway. The garage and under house area is not available, however should you have something special that you would like to be stored away, arrangements can be made. The immediate areas of the homestead are accessible for guests however there are a number of areas which are off limits for safety due to a number of animals adjusted on the property. If you would like to feed the animals, please let us know. Other things to note The local marina, Shellharbour marina is 15 mins drive. Local shops including woolies and a shopping complex are 5 mins drive. Wineries from 25 minutes. Wollongong is 20 mins drive. See the guestbook for loads of information.
