Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, and a second bathroom conveniently located near bedrooms two and three. A second living area provides the perfect retreat for families, couples or small groups. Downstairs features a large open-plan layout with a sleek, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, relaxed lounge, full laundry, and a third toilet. Step outside to a private alfresco area with a fully functional and stunning outdoor kitchen, complete with mains gas BBQ and seating for six. It’s the ideal space for effortless entertaining and long, relaxed meals after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two living areas, the open-plan kitchen and dining space, full laundry, and three toilets. There is secure parking available, as well as free on-street parking directly out front.
