About this stay This is a 650 sq. ft. private house located above a semi-duplex home—perfect for guests looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills stay rather than a luxury experience. While the surroundings may feel a bit open or sparse, they offer a peaceful and calm vibe that many of our guests enjoy. ⸻ Please Note Before Booking: 🏡 Older Building, Well-Maintained • The property is not brand new, but it is clean and regularly maintained. 🧳 1.5 Floor Walk-Up (No Lift) • The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs. • Consider it a gentle fitness routine—the scenic views are worth it! 🌬️ No Air Conditioning • Mysore’s evenings are naturally cool. Ceiling fans and ample ventilation are provided. 🚿 One Washroom for the Entire Apartment • Functional and well-maintained, with essential toiletries and hot water. 🛠️ Occasional Maintenance Delays • Our cleaner works hard to keep the place ready. Due to high demand for local repair workers, some minor fixes may take time. We appreciate your understanding! • Silent hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No alcohol, smoking, or parties are allowed on the premises to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Shared Spaces: Guests will have access to their private room along with shared spaces, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. These areas may be shared with other guests or the host. Please maintain cleanliness and respect everyone’s privacy. Guest access The living room is equipped with two sofa beds that can be used for sleeping, with the option of placing bedspreads for added comfort. The first bedroom features a spacious, high-quality wooden bed that offers a luxurious stay experience. In the second bedroom, the bed is made from robust, raw natural wood fabric, ensuring both durability and comfort for extended periods of rest. Basic toiletries provided. During your stay I am open to engaging in meaningful discussions and exploring profound concepts. Should you desire to partake in such conversations over a beverage, I am prepared to join you. It is shared property and common areas of the house needs to be kept clean for other guests. We provide a starter kit of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothpaste.
