An entire beachfront resort to yourselves! Cammy Private Beachfront Resort is a private family-owned beach property located in Old Saysain, Bagac, Bataan, nestled between the serenity of South China Sea and the breathtaking mountains of Mariveles. It is the place for renewal and relaxation. Beautiful sunsets, long walks on the beach, the gentle mountain breeze, and the beauty of nature will ensure an unforgettable experience for couples, families and friends. The space Our property has all the amenities for high-end outdoor beach living and glamping. We have a new air-conditioned Family villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests indoors, and a Grand villa that can house up to 12 guests. These are one room structures with no dividers thus are great for large families or friends. We have plenty of outdoor space for glamping. 20 is the maximum number of guests we accommodate. We provide 2 free tents, and have other tents for rent. Please note- the toilets and bathrooms are in a separate building, but the Grand villa has an ensuite luxury bathroom/toilet. We restrict our occupancy to one party to give our guests privacy and expansive personal space. Guests added after the execution of the contract will incur a fee and will need prior approval. To fully experience outdoor living, we built a full outdoor kitchen with a porcelain granite countertop and a charcoal grill. We also have an oven/microwave, blender, burner. Covered by a reclaimed wood pergola, here you can enjoy dining with your family in our two acacia dining tables, enough for a party of 20. The resort also features two upgraded indoor showers and toilets, and a contemporary outdoor shower, all with provisions for hot water. There is high-speed internet which is perfect for digital nomads, remote employees and for those who wish to be connected at all times. Close to the front of the property where you can enjoy a closer view of the sea, are two native huts; one for additional dining space and the other one for lounging, sleeping or having an outdoor massage! There is also a swinging daybed for two. A circular gathering area with beach views features Adirondack chairs and a concrete fire pit bowl where you can enjoy s’mores with the family. A small grotto was created for quiet meditation and prayer. We also have swings, hammocks and a swinging wooden daybed. One of the special features of the resort is an engineered wood yoga platform where you can spend time doing yoga, meditating, taking a nap, playing family games, or watching the night sky. Our parking can accommodate up to 5 cars and SUV’s. Activities In addition to swimming at the beach and reading a book on a swing under the tree, or napping in our two-seater wooden daybed, we have numerous activities our guests can enjoy. We have 2 rentable kayaks complete with life vests that guests can use for their entire stay. Care for a movie night under the stars? We also have a screen and projector that our caretaker can set-up for you. If you feel like night sky watching, we provide some mats and blankets for our yoga platform. Yoga mats can be set up for morning yoga by the beach or on the platform. Camping on the beach won’t be complete without s’mores , just let us know and a bonfire can also be prepared for our guests. Our property also has frisbees, a ping-pong table, board games, corn hole game and even a huge Jenga to add to the beach fun! We just added beach volleyball and beach pickleball to our fun list! VILLA RATES: Grand Villa- P24,000 per night ( up to 12 pax) + Airbnb fees Family Villa- P12,000 per night ( up to 6 pax) + Airbnb fees HOW TO BOOK THE VILLAS: Note that AIrbnb charges approximately 15-16% in fees on top of these rates. The advantage of booking through Airbnb is security and peace of mind, easier payment through your credit card, and optional insurance for last minute cancellations that will cover amounts that will not be refunded. The FAMILY VILLA (bedroom 1) is good for 6 pax, but with the tents provided, can be stretched to more. The GRAND VILLA (bedroom 2) can be good for up to 12 pax, with outdoor tent accommodations or airbeds. Both villas are one room structures with no dividers. The Grand Villa has its own ensuite toilet/bathroom. If you would like to book both villas, the base cost is P36,000 plus the Airbnb fees. Our pricing adjusts based on number of guests, and since Airbnb guest count maxes out at 16, we will be bill P2,000 per person per night as "extra charges" through Airbnb or outside the platform. The maximum guest count is 20 pax. Bookings can be made for either villa and guests get exclusive access to the entire resort. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole property. Other things to note The reservation fee is for up to 12 guests in our Grand Villa. If you would like to book the Family Villa as well- increase the guest count to 16. The total fee is good for 18 pax. (Airbnb reservation system guest count maxes out at 16.) Extra guest fee above 18 pax is P2,000 per person per night as "extra charges" through Airbnb or you can transmit directly to us. OTHER NOTES: There are other beachfront properties in this cove, and guests of neighboring resorts may use karaoke that is audible in our area in the same manner that music from our property can be heard in the adjacent properties. We also follow the standard beach Flag System protocol. For our guests' safety swimming may be prohibited during dangerous weather and sea conditions.
