Cozy renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located only steps away from the beach with limited beach views from your balcony. The space Main Level: Full eat-in kitchen - including cookware and utensils, full bathroom with shower, a stacked washer/dryer combo, and living room - including 55" TV, pull-out couch and comfy chairs . Second Level: Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, reading corner and 50" TV as well as a full bathroom. Sugar Beach has three levels of condos with parking underneath. There is one elevator centered near the front of the complex, and one towards the eastern rear of the complex. It has four pools - including a heated pool during cooler weather and a kiddie pool, a tennis court, charcoal grills, and The Sugar Shack (when in season) that offers refreshments and snacks as well as some beach basics. The property includes covered parking and 24/7 security during the summer. PARKING PASSES Parking Pass(es) may be purchased on site when you arrive at the complex for $35 for the entirety of your stay. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit (only 1 pass during holidays), and you must show your reservation confirmation when purchasing at the complex. The cost and number of the parking passes available is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. A processing fee is added if paying by credit card. Guest access Guests will be provided a customized keyless code for access to the condo. Please note per HOA policy: minimum age to rent is 25 years old, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
