Welcome to this beautiful and atypical Norman house! You can enjoy the garden and the many activities on site. Our Rent Fun Paradise concept is to offer dozens of activities in beautiful places. The space Beautiful house on 3 levels, surrounded by a large garden. In total 8 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 veranda. - Level 1: a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. Veranda. - Level 2: 6 bedrooms and a bathroom - Level 0: semi-underground basement with 2 rooms and a kitchen. Ideal for meetings, parties (festive but reasonable!) From May to September: above-ground outdoor pool The €200 cleaning fee includes: - cleaning for a normal household (no confetti, alcohol stains etc...) - sheets for up to 15 people (sheets placed folded on beds - beds not made) We are neither a castle nor a star hotel but a gite that does not claim luxury but whose concept is a maximum of activities, well-being and fun! If you're a nitpicker, this place is not for you. Music not allowed outside! Possibility inside only with the speaker available and doors and windows closed. There are a lot of activities and infrastructure to have a great time, but noise is prohibited. Seminars are welcome! Work lounge. 15 minutes from Andelys and Lyons La Forêt "Label + beautiful village of France" 1h20/1h30 from Paris by car. Villa that will be very well equipped, just like our 4 other cottages.
