Inside, you’ll find: A fully equipped kitchen A queen‑sized bed and a single bed A dining table and private bathroom Rustic timber beams paired with modern comforts like Wi‑Fi Guests also have access to a spacious undercover patio and BBQ area — perfect for enjoying fresh air, good food, and sweeping views. Nestled in a quiet pocket of nature and wildlife, the property is still close to Moruya and Tuross, where you’ll find shops, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a family holiday, or a solo adventure, this converted stable offers a unique and memorable stay. Guest access You’ll have full use of your private studio apartment, giving you a cozy retreat all to yourself. The undercover BBQ area is shared with just one other room on site, but it’s spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy comfortably without feeling crowded. Beyond your apartment, guests are welcome to explore almost anywhere on the farm — wander through the paddocks, take in the ocean views, and soak up the fresh country air. You’ll have the freedom to connect with the land and its wildlife at your own pace. The only exception is the stables, which are reserved for farm operations, but everywhere else is open for you to discover and enjoy. Other things to note We are a working thoroughbred farm, so during your stay you may see daily farming activities taking place. This is part of the charm of visiting — the property is alive with the rhythm of horses, wildlife, and the land itself. Guests are welcome to wander and explore almost anywhere on the farm, from the open paddocks to the quiet corners where you can enjoy the fresh country air and sweeping views.
