The room is located on the first floor with private balcony on the second floor. The property is a self-catering guesthouse. Please note that this room is pet-friendly and non-smoking. pet fee not included in price. The space Hi! Welcome to Paradise! Please be aware that this unit is not standalone property. Common areas are shared with other guests staying in other rooms. All rooms have private entrances and bathrooms. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Property includes 2 pools, 3 buildings, free parking spaces, and Wi-Fi. We have no lifeguards on duty in pool areas. We have pet-friendly (pet fee*) rooms, you may see pets in common areas. We also have closed-circuit security cameras recording 24/7 in common areas for your safety. There are no cameras or audio recordings inside any private space of the unit. We are located in a rural area with fully paved roads, close to the beach, restaurants and other places of interest in a hillside surrounded by many trees and nature. It would be best to have a car rental to enjoy this beautiful town. If you have any questions about your room and/or reservation, please contact us through Airbnb inbox. We have staff on site during daytime hours in case you need assistance. Access to room will be sent through inbox around 3-4pm or as soon as the room is ready for use. Any changes must be processed at least 24 hours before arrival date. We have a non-visitor policy. Only registered guests are allowed to enter room or use facilities. Rooms have a maximum of guests. Please read room description before arrival day. Changes upon arrival are not possible most of the time because we have limited spaces. We check and document rooms before giving access. Expect some natural tear and wear of room. A/C’s must be kept on during your stay to prevent excessive moisture inside room. Cristal windows let in light but cannot be open to prevent damage to A/C and unwanted bugs inside room. Guest access The room has a lockbox with the key inside next to its door. On check in date, we will be sending you a code to gain access to your room at any time after 3pm. Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11:30am. Please review your information as room cannot be changed on arrival date because of # of people, location, number of beds, or preferences. Cancelations, modifications, or changes of dates must be done 24 hrs before check in date. Other things to note Internet may fail during your stay do to power outages and/or repairs being done by the island's electric company. We have a power generator and water tanks that feed all rooms.
