Forget your worries in this beautifully furnished house waiting for you in our quiet neighborhood. Our home is only minutes away from spring training ballfields, Cardinal stadium, numerous golf courses, hiking trails and the NASCAR speedway. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers are close. Easy access to freeways, allow for connections to the Phoenix zoo, Sedona, Jerome, Montezuma Well and many other adventures a breeze. Or you can just relax by the pool with a good book. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms with TV's in each room, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, family room, dining room, and a living room with 18 ft. vaulted ceilings. Walking out, you will find that the backyard is totally private with walls all around blocking out the neighbors. A gas grill and briquette grill are available for use. The outside has a covered seating area looking out over a beautiful private pool with a waterfall feature at the flip of a switch. The pool is 5.5 feet deep. *It is non-heated* It is usually swimmable from the middle of April until the end of September the pool doesn't have a gated fence around it so families with small children are not recommended Guest access Guests have full access to the house except the garage. Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the garage. Visitors may park out on the street during daytime use but are not allowed for overnight parking. Other things to note *Reminder The pool is only heated by the sun! Without a fence and gate around the pool, families with children, who do not know how to swim are encouraged to look elsewhere unless the host and guests agree. This in not a party house! We want you to enjoy your stay but loud blaring music, disrupting the neighbors will not be tolerated! Its a great neighborhood and we want to keep it that way! Any pets brought into the home without the owners permission or knowledge will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee so future guests who may have pet allergies aren't effected.
