A refundable house deposit of THB 10,000 is required upon check-in. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fine of THB 5,000 will be imposed for smoking violations. Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated smoking areas. 3. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Additional guests will be charged THB 1,000 per person per night, which includes a set of floor mattresses, pillows, and towels. 4. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 25 people. 5. Late check-out beyond the scheduled time will result in a charge of THB 2,000 per hour due to we have to hire more staff to clean before the next guest's arrival. 6. Free cleaning service when booked for 3 nights minimum. 7. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes and disposing of garbage before checking out. A dish cleaning service is available for a fee ranging from THB 500 to THB 2,000, based on the amount of dishes. 8. BBQ charcoal can be purchased at THB 100 for 3 bags. If interested, please inform the host or cleaner. 9. The villa must remain drug-free; we do not assume responsibility for any related incidents. 10. Swimming attire is required; a fee of THB 600 will be charged if not worn. 11. Quiet hours after 22:00 hrs. Kindly refrain from creating noise or playing loud music.
