Over 13,000 square feet and 14 fabulously themed bedrooms with 7 huge fun themed bathrooms. 2,000 sq. foot 50's style dining room!! 2,000 sq. foot game room; Skeeball, shuffle board table, 2 ping pong tables, pool table, 2 air hockey, 2 Foosball, carpet ball, corn hole, 6 arcade games and basketball. You will love Medley Manor! New Recently added bedrooms are Super Hero, Sports, Star Wars, Groovy and a Double sized Harry Potter room that sleeps 10. Medley Manor has a large food prep area in addition to a large Kitchen, dedicated ice maker, 4 refrigerators and lots of counter space! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive from anything of interest. Medley Manor can sleep over 55 in our themed rooms and an additional 5 in our common area if needed. Pricing is based on two occupants per bedroom. You are allotted a bedroom for every 2 guest. If you have over 20 guest or you plan on having less than 2 persons per bedroom, please make inquiries on how that might change pricing. Medley manor has 19 individual bedrooms. The Harry Potter Room counts as 4 bedrooms because it has 4 king size and two full size beds. The Sports and Super Hero Bedrooms count as 3 because they also have extra beds. Medley Manor sleeps 55 in beds. The Manor is not shared with other guest. Your group/family has sole access.
