It’s close to Downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, Sacramento State University, and Discovery Park. Despite its proximity to the freeway, the house is nestled in a quiet and safe area with a private driveway and ample parking. You’ll enjoy peace in the room with no street noise. 2. Cozy and Well-Equipped Space: Inside the unit, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a large king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a living room featuring a standard queen-size bed. The living room is also equipped with a large 55-inch smart TV with YouTube and Netflix apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, a cozy sofa, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Step outside to your own little patio, complete with an outdoor dining table—perfect for enjoying warm evenings surrounded by nature. 3. Ample Parking: This property has a spacious yard and there are two parking spots reserved for your unit. If your group has more than two vehicles, simply let me know and I will accommodate more parking spots for you. Guest access The entire unit includes a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an outdoor dining table. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, as the air conditioning and heating systems are shared throughout the whole property (currently heating set at 72-74). A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected inside. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please kindly air out your clothes before re-entering. Additionally, ensure all doors and windows are fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
