Prime Location: This property is conveniently located close to Downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, and Sacramento State University. Despite its proximity to the freeway, it’s nestled in a quiet and safe area with a long private driveway. You’ll enjoy peace in the room with no street noise. 2. Cozy and Well-Equipped Space: Enjoy a spacious king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size bed, with a large 55-inch smart TV in each room. The space also includes a cozy sofa, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and high-speed WiFi—everything you need for a quick and comfortable stay. Step outside to your little patio, complete with an outdoor dining table—perfect for enjoying warm evenings surrounded by nature. 3. Ample Parking: This property has a spacious yard and there are two parking spots reserved for you. If your group has more than two vehicles, simply let me know and I will accommodate more parking spots for you. Guest access Guest will enjoy two rooms and one bathroom(please note there is no kitchen in the unit). Other things to note • Please ensure you book for the total number of guests who will be staying in. Please note there will be a minimum charge of $50 for each unregistered guest or additional guest. Please note unapproved day or night visitor is NOT allowed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, as the air conditioning system and ducts are shared throughout the whole property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected inside. You are welcome to smoke outside on your little patio, and please ensure all doors and windows are fully closed to prevent smoke from entering inside.
