We invite you to rent Saint Germain des Rives, a castle-villa located in the heart of Charolais/Brionnais with a large park and an outdoor pool. Great for a stay with friends, family to discover the riches of Southern Burgundy. 10 minutes from Paray le Monial and Digoin, 1.5 hours from Lyon, 2.5 hours from Geneva, 3.5 hours from Paris (access A77, RCEA, TGV Le Creusot) Optionally, a home chef who prepares your meals. The space The Château de Saint Germain can be a reception venue but with the limit of 15 beds with 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If reception, an additional quote may be discussed to adapt our offer. The swimming pool is shared with the family but we are rarely present, open between mid-May (precise date depending on weather conditions) and mid-September. It is possible to request the exclusivity of the swimming pool. An independent entrance is provided. It's unheated. Regarding oil heating, the prices advertised include heating charges. However, according to our rental conditions, the heating costs are calculated on the basis of a fuel price set at €1.50 per liter on March 8, 2026, corresponding to the price in force on the date of signature of the contract. For a one-week rental, a lump sum contribution of €150 is required. If, at the time of the stay, the price of fuel exceeds this reference amount, the owner may request an additional contribution, calculated according to the difference found. This additional participation will be communicated to the tenant before their arrival and must remain strictly proportional to the increase in the price of fuel. Heating is provided between the beginning of October and the end of April depending on weather conditions. Guest access You have access to the entire castle and park. Other things to note The castle is fully decorated by the family.
