Nice house, bedroom with 2 single beds, plus 1 mattress on the floor to accommodate a 3rd person (the same friends). - The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is shared with other guests (if there are other guests). - It is located approximately 7 min from Mineirão, 12 min from downtown and 20 min from Savassi. - The room has a fan - The room has no TV or minibar. The space - PLEASANT AND QUIET SPACE, SO GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE LOUD NOISES DURING THEIR STAY. GREAT LOCATION. - CLOSE TO MINAS SHOPPING AND AV. ALBERTO CINTRA, A PLACE WITH VARIOUS BARS AND RESTAURANTS. LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 7 MIN. FROM MINEIRÃO AND PAMPULHA, 12 MIN FROM DOWNTOWN AND 20 MIN FROM SAVASSI. - Guest access Guests can enjoy the rooms of the house, backyard. THEY CANNOT COOK. During your stay I will be present at all times because I live on-site.
