The apartment is 61.5 sq m. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room and a small toilet. From the living room, you can exit to the terrace (garden furniture, blankets, barbecue). Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a large double bed. The second room is equipped with two single beds, which makes this apartment an ideal solution for families or a group of friends. Guest access The building is divided into three parts, the first is inhabited by the owners, the second is the Łolkowy apartment, the third is Jaśkowy. The apartments have their own separate entrances and unconnected terraces. Note: the parking lot, the front of the house and the garden with a small playground are common areas. Other things to note The house is monitored from the outside, not guarded. Spacious parking is available.
