With the towns of Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Wald and Krimml/Hochkrimml, the Zillertal Arena extends from the Tyrolean Zillertal to the Salzburg Pinzgau. On the 150 kilometers of slopes and 52 lifts, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range of activities for all skill levels. In summer, the diverse mountain landscape around Königsleiten offers a wide variety of hiking tours, from child-friendly to challenging mountain tours accompanied by trained mountain guides, who can be booked in the village, in addition to special trekking routes for mountain bikers. At the 10-minute distant reservoir is the highest surfing school in Austria (1,400 m above sea level).
