This beautiful modern furnished apartment is located between Deggendorf and Passau (about 20 km) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to vacation and relax. The apartment is 50 m² and has its own entrance, which leads to the apartment via the external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a double bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The fully covered terrace, with a grill station, is of course also included. The space This modern accommodation is 50 m² and is directly adjacent to the garden with a covered terrace. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living dining area for one person. Outside there is also a log cabin sauna, a fantastic barbecue area and a pool for the summer months. Guest access The apartment is accessible via the external staircase between the house and the garage (passage through the wooden gate) at the end of the stairs to the right. Other things to note Dear guests, our cat Lucifer is also with us in the accommodation. He is an outdoor cat and is not afraid. I would like to ask that you keep an eye on your dog if you meet him.
