Enjoy a lively experience at this centrally located Mid-Century Modern charmer. Located close to everything with a fully fenced backyard, ideal for relaxing + outdoor activities – all within minutes of all Charlotte has to offer! Perfect location to explore including Camp North End (10 min walk/2 min drive), Music Factory (4 min drive), Uptown Charlotte (8 min drive), South End (8 min), NoDa (7 min), and Charlotte airport (14 min). The space This Mid-Century ranch sleeps a total of five guests and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large, private 3" tall fenced-in backyard with a picnic table. The living room includes a 65” Roku smart TV and a dedicated workspace with lamp and productivity materials. Three total TVs including in the living room, the primary bedroom, and the guest bedroom. All TVs have subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Paramount+. All bedrooms have closets with hangers for storage, mirrors, alarm clocks, USB ports, and nightstands with lamps for wrapping up the day. The bedroom configuration is below: Primary bedroom - King bed Guest bedroom - Queen bed Living room - Pull out full bed Parking: The long driveway in front of the house provides space for three total vehicles (two of the spaces have covered parking). Street parking is also available and please don't park on the front yard. Guest access Private access to the entire home (with the exception of the attic and owner’s pantry) and the fully fenced-in back yard (please note, the fence height is 3", larger dogs may be able to scale it). Access details and check-in instructions will be sent to guests on the day of arrival. Access code will be provided for self-check-in via the August Smart keypad. Other things to note Please see additional information for the home: Check-In is 4pm and Check Out is 11am. Late check-out will be assessed at $100 per hour up to the cost of the following night after four hours. This is a lively neighborhood and there are pets in the neighborhood (including dogs and an occasional rooster) so you may hear some barking or crowing from time to time Please no smoking or vaping – smoking/vaping in the house will result in a $250 minimum charge. Any excessive cleaning needed will be charged $100 per hour. The pipes are fragile, please be gentle and only flush toilet paper. Please do not flush paper towels, tissues, Q-Tips, wipes (even if they say flushable) or feminine products. Any clogs that come from flushing anything other than toilet paper will be charged $300. Pet fee is $45 per pet, per stay (two pets maximum) and guests are responsible for any damages their pets may cause. Please be responsible for picking up after your pet. Unfortunately, no parties. Parties will be charged up to $500 plus any damages. Our neighbors observe Charlotte’s 10pm noise ordinance so please be respectful from 10pm – 8am. Noise complaints can result in a potential charge of up to $250. For your safety and protection, there are two SimpliSafe cameras installed at the front door and backyard.
