Cosy family house between Amsterdam and the beach

This cosy 1906 family house is almost completely redecorated en located nearby the historical city centre with museums, cinema and a variety of restaurants and bars (10 minutes cycling). Trains to Amsterdam, beach, and ExpressBus to Schiphol Airport are at 5 minutes cycling. 3 cycles included. There are large dining tables in the living room and at the roof garden terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, free Nespresso use with coffee cups and tea. There are 2 tv's and free wifi. The space --------------------------------------------------------------------- The large living room (9 meters) has a sofa and chairs, a television, with DVD/bluray-player, a large dining table and free wifi. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The kitchen is fully equipped with several knifes, pans and accessories, new 4x induction, microwave and oven, refrigerator with freezer and a silent dishwasher (tablets included). You can use herbs, Nespresso coffee cups and tea for free. There's also a food processor and blender to make your own orange juice or smoothies. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The roof garden terrace is 16m2 and has a large dining table and two large sunbeds. There's a specially made stairway from the garden to the roof terrace. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The toilet is downstairs and the walk-in shower at the first floor. All towels are included. --------------------------------------------------------------------- In the master bedroom there's a two person bed and a large closet, the second bedroom has a single bed, the third one is on the top floor with a two person bed. All beds have decent and firm matrasses (no sofa beds!)! At the second floor there's a possibility of a mobile airconditioning to keep cool at hot nights. When you are with children, we can make their beds with for example a Nemo or a Princess duvet cover (please let us know in advance!) Guest access --------------------------------------------------------------------- You have access to all rooms, except for the working room at the first floor. We trust you to use the other rooms with care. Other things to note --------------------------------------------------------------------- Special offer, only for harp playing guests: we have a lever harp and a pedal harp if you want to practice! As these are very expensive instruments you'll understand we can only place these in the living room under strict conditions.
