Farmhouse Cottage! Peaceful Mountain Getaway

Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville. The space The cottage features two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, closet, dresser, nightstand, plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Our living area is very comfortable. An oversized sectional for plenty of seating, large flat screen TV and electric fireplace. Perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy time together. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/icemaker, range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Complete with plenty of cooking essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, silver ware, cups and glasses. The dining area has a large table that seats six. A coffee bar, with a Keruig coffee machine, stocked with a variety of coffee, hot chocolate, teas, and apple cider. The cottage has 1.5 bathrooms. The main bath has a tub/shower, vanity, and mirror, with plenty of towels and accessories. The half bath is located in the large laundry room. There is a sink/laundry tub, mirror, regular size washer and dryer. Step out the front door to the spacious porch overlooking the large yard. The porch features a porch swing, rocking chairs, and a large bench for your enjoyment. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening in the peace and quiet of the front porch with a beautiful view. The back door is probably the main entry to the cottage, "Back Door Guest are Best". When entering the back door, you will find a sitting area with rocker and bench. A back deck with gas grill, fire pit, table and chairs. We provide wood for one fire additional wood can be purchased locally. Guest are welcome to walk the property, kids can play, and you are welcome to fish in the pond down the drive. The property is well lit for those arriving after dark. Rest assured that your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Our home is meticulously maintained and cleaned to ensure a delightful stay for every guest.
