Loon, Waterville, Cannon, Tenney are short drives away. 3 bed / 3 bath condo with mountain views comfortably sleeps 8 people. Relax in the large living room with a gas fireplace while you soak in the spectacular views or gaze at the stars from the elevated deck. The space This unit is turnkey, fully furnished with smart TVs, large deck with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and hotel sized amenities to create a comfortable experience. Located on the first floor is a spacious, open-concept, kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a sliding door to a deck, surrounding you with mountain views. Also on the first floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has our master suite, with a king-sized bed, a master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Adjacent to the master suite is the third bedroom, which has 2 sets of bunkbeds, containing 3 twin sized beds and a double bed, with an attached full bathroom. Guests have access to all resort amenities: Pool, hot tub, private lake with beach and dock, Pickleball and Tennis courts, Golf course, Fitness center. Close to breathtaking hiking trails. *2 cars maximum! Parking passes provided and required throughout the duration of your stay. The resort is strict with towing any vehicles parked without parking passes. Guest access Guests have full resort access: Fitness center Golf course and restaurant- tee times required.
