Centrally located in the heart of the prairies - close enough to the city, yet far enough to truly get away from it all! Close to BHP mine, snowmobile trails, and excellent hunting and fishing. The space Our guest lodge is situated in our well-treed rural acreage, located just 2 short miles off of the highway on a well-maintained gravel road. - Relax on the private deck with patio furniture - the perfect place for a morning coffee. Get cozy by the fire bowl while stargazing outside. - Make use of our open-concept living space with fully-equipped kitchen and basic supplies. Our one of a kind custom-built reclaimed elevator wood countertops are a special feature for guests to enjoy. - Master bedroom includes ensuite bathroom for additional privacy - Second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over double) and has a dormer space that can fit a playpen, cot, or small air mattress for extra sleeping space - Living room includes a sofa bed in the couch and dormer area can accommodate a cot or small air mattress for extra sleeping space - Laundry area includes iron and ironing board - Heated garage bay below is available for secure, dry storage for hunting/snowmobiling groups (upon prior request only) - Large grass greenspace area is available for guest's use - Please keep in mind that our location is not within walking distance to restaurants or other amenities. That's what we love about being out in the country: true peace and quiet. Only a 7 minute drive to the nearest town of Watson can provide anything else you may need such as groceries, gas, and restaurants. We are happy to recommend wonderful places nearby! Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs of the lodge. Beds in bottom garage bay are only accessible for guests upon advance request for larger group bookings. Garage bays for parking are not intended for guests' use. We have lots of outdoor parking space available and larger vehicles and trailers are welcome. Enjoy our spacious yard and beautiful walking trails, but please be mindful of the bin area at the far end of the yard. This area is sometimes used by farm equipment during the harvest season. Other things to note No cleaning fees! We are happy to accommodate hunting groups and can provide a bird cleaning area, deep freezer space, as well as dry storage for gear during hunting season. Guests may see wildlife and insects, as we are located on a rural property surrounded by trees and fields.
